Seminar in Tallinn: From Business Model to Business case
Connect Estonia organizes a business development seminar on March 17 at Von Stackelberg Hotel (Toompuiestee 23, Tallinn) with serial entrepreneur and business angel Nelson Gray.
Seminar focuses on the important role of developing your business model over the course of time and how it matters from an investors’ point of view.
Nelson Gray, a noted speaker and active business angel from Scotland will give real-life examples of how business models have changed significantly and how new business model iterations have helped to achieve business success.
The seminar will explain participants:
- How to develop the business model? (Case study);
- Starting with plan A and getting to the functioning plan B, C, D… or Z;
- How to make business model attractive for investors;
- How sustainable is your business model in the long run.
Panel of entrepreneurs and investors will address the issue of building sustainable business model from their angles: departing from original business model, experimenting with various business alternatives and decisive factors bringing to the current functioning business model.
