Tallinn 2011 – The Money Will Not Miss

The success of the Culture Capital or Tallinn 2011 seems to be met since the confirmation of both Minister of culture and Mayor of Tallinn was publicly spoken on 3^rd February, 2010.

The Estonian Minister of Culture, Laine Jänes and the Mayor of Tallinn, Edgar Savisaar mentioned that “ the co-operation between the State and the City of Tallinn on the Culture Capital project will be a success” commenting the outcomes of a meeting they had on the issue.

Based on the future incoming success of this following project, the investment from the State and from the local government is essential as the persuasive dream of Cultural Capital to become true relies –unfortunately – on the availability of a consistent budget. But, good news, after their latest meeting it seems that the two parties nicely agreed on the financial support.

Although this project has been discussed on its possibility of incompletion focused on financing and other difficulties, now its future is likely to be a certainty as well as the attempt of successful achievement will be continuously distributed by the concerned departments until the mission is accomplished.
