The Estonian Footballer Joel Lindpere will play in the American Major League Soccer with the New York Red Bulls. He has signed a two year contract with an option for two additional ones.

The midfielder started his professional career at FC Flora Tallinn, from which he went to the Bulgarian CSKA Sofia and then to the Norwegian club Tromso, where he had been playing until now.

Lindpere did some trials with some German and Russian teams but the offer from New York caught him by surprise.

This Estonian midfielder has played 74 matched for Estonian National Team, scoring five goals.
