DocPoint Tallinn – A Weekend of Great Documentaries

DocPoint Tallinn – A Weekend of Great Documentaries thumbnail

With a consolidated tradition of eight hard working years, the caravan of DocPoint crosses the Baltic sea moving from Helsinki to Tallinn for bringing Estonian public some interesting and controversial documentaries that should not be missed by lovers of the genre.

Starting from Friday 29th till Sunday 31st of January, the cinema halls in Kumu and Artis (Solaris) will screen seventeen different documentaries moving from the politically engaged ones – Videocracy, the reconstruction of Berlusconi’s saga in Italy is already considered to be a must see from Italian opposition forces – to the bitter taste of some other ones as Google Baby offering a dramatic overview of an Indian clinic where babies are manufactured according to custom specifications.

DocPoint – besides being the ideal weekend activity for all those Poff orphans already looking forward 2011 Black Nights – will try to please its audience with two parties organized in Von Krahl on Friday and Saturday starting from 23.00 with tickets starting from 75EEK.

Here the program of the event – You can click on the title of the documentary to see a small synopsis:
