Real Estate Restarted Its Growth

According to recent reports the number of real estate transactions in the months of August (548), September (681) and October (795), are a record of growth, while in 2009 the number of sales and purchase transactions on this field have fluctuated fine.

Last October the average price of property in Tallinn increased compared to September, becoming to 12,800 kroons per square meter.

On the other hand, rental prices in the capital of Estonia have fallen by 32% to reach the average of 93 kroons per square meter. And now the landlords are more willing to pay the brokerage fee themselves.
