Tallinn’s most visited shopping center, Viru, announced a decline of turnover by fifth compared to year 2008.

According to center’s board member Ants Vasar, this decrease was foreseen due to current market situation and is therefore considered to be satisfying.

Rate of visitors for January- September has also declined a bit, but according to EMOR’s survey of shopping centers, Viru remains the most visited center in Tallinn with almost 8 million people in 9 months.
