As reported by Bloomberg this morning, Tallinna Vesi, Tallinn water supplier, discussed the possibility of cutting the price of its services allowing customers to save something as 0.9 percent starting from January next year.

The proposal will be discussed on October the 2nd by Tallinn City Council and is based on a formula which considers price index of the current year and the volume of investments planned for 2002-2010, as clarified Tallinna Vesi itself.
